100 Mile Charity Run from Nenagh to Dublin

The run started in Nenagh on December 15th. The first leg was 34.5 miles and finished in Mountrath in County Laois. Tom Gallahue and my uncle Billy Morgan joined me on the first leg. The following day we went as far as the outskirts of Naas covering 35.6 miles. David Sheehan of Sheehan’s Hardware in Nenagh ran with me for the second leg. On the final day I was joined by Ken Hassett and my cousin Mike McDonnell. We completed the 100 mile run to Dublin.

We would like to thank all of those who supported. The four charities that benefitted from your support are Irish Heart Foundation, Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin, Irish Cancer Society and Riding for the Disabled Association Ireland.
